BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE

Buter chicken are best ever food in indian cuisine, this recipe is invented in the kitchen of Moti Mahal. the deficulty of making this dish is medium. This is the best side dish for naan and rice.

INGREDIENTS :
Half Kg raw chicken
For Marinade: For Gravy
2 tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp oil
2 tsp ginger garlic paste 2 cubes butter
2 tsp salt 3 cloves
2 tsp lemon juice 1 Cinnamon sticks, sliced
1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp Mace
1 tsp kasuri methi 7 Cardamom
2 tsp mustard oil 4 Tomatoes, chopped
curd 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp cardamom powder
1 green chilli
1 tsp kasuri methi
4 piece garlic
3 piece ginger

MARINATON PROCESS :
step 1: cut the chicken into pieces wash them and put in the mixing bowl, put some salt, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, and lemon juice in the mixing bowl as per the amount mentioned in the ingredients, Mix well.
step 2: put in the Refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes
step 3 : now add some curd, kasuri methi,garam masala and mustard oil. Mix well and refrigerate again for an hour.
step 4 : Roast the marinated chicken in an oven for about 30 minutes until it is 75% cooked.
GRAVY PROCESS :
step 1 : heat the pan with 2 tsp oil and butter.
step 2 : Add cloves, cinnamon stick, mace and cardamom. Saute them well then add chopped tomatoes, garlic and ginger. Mix well and then grind in the mixer.
step 3 : take another pan and heat them with butter along with ginger garlic paaste
step 4 : Add the tomato puree to the in the mixer. Now add red chilli powder, kasuri methi, honey, saute it well Now add the rosed chicken.
step 5 : Add green chilli, cardamom powder
step 6 : Serve with a teaspoon of cream over.
tip : . You can also garnish them with coriander and cashew
