Here’s my take on the trending Dalgona coffee.

Ingredients

2 tbsp. coffee powder (or granules)
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. hot water
fresh milk (or milk powder dissolved in water)
ice cubes

PROCEDURE

1. Combine coffee powder, sugar and hot water. Whisk until frothy and stiff. With wire whisk, it takes around 10 minutes to achieve stiff consistency. You can use electric hand mixer for easier and faster mixing.

2. ASSEMBLY: Put some ice cubes in a glass. Add fresh milk. (If you don’t have fresh milk, dissolve 3 to 4 tablespoon powdered milk in 1 cup warm water.). Then put the frothy coffee on the top.
